Laura Jayne designs and creates chic, customizable hair adornments, veils, jewelry and accessories for style savvy women. From the perfect wedding accessories to a distinctive style statement for an evening out, we thrive on creating fresh designs to make “that gown” uniquely your gown.
Laura Jayne began designing for brides over two decades ago, while managing a couture bridal salon. When a bride brought her Laura Jayne design to a bridal salon and asked, “Do you have a gown to go with my headpiece?” The first wholesale collection soon followed and became available to brides across Canada. As the collection has evolved, the original vision remains: to create pieces with a modern classic aesthetic beautifully finished, worthy of becoming treasured heirlooms.
Today, products are designed and hand-finished in our Toronto studio, using top quality components including Swarovski crystal, freshwater pearls and semi-precious stones, luxurious European laces, tulles, and ribbons. Hand crafted by artisans from a variety of disciplines, the collection incorporates techniques from millinery, jewelry making, needle arts and couture sewing, to name a few!
Specializing in luxury hair accessories from sophisticated bridal veils & chic headbands to whimsical designs for informal brides, the collection includes gorgeous statement jewelry designs, sashes & belts, capelets, and social occasion/holiday accessories.
Dubbed one of the industry’s most innovative veil designers (Heather Levine, The Knot Weddings Magazine), Laura Jayne designs are frequently featured in top bridal media including Martha Stewart Weddings, Style Me Pretty, Weddingbells, and The Knot; as well as in film and television. Laura Jayne has also collaborated with leading industry designers and companies on private label projects.
